Lyme Disease
Lyme Disease
I will be working on this page for a while as there is a lot of information I would like to share regarding treatment and helpful things to do to help someone through it. You can get better.
I would like to say a little about Lyme Disease because I have had this disease severely. For over 10 years is was in my system without being detected. I suddenly became ill and my life came to a standstill.
One thing I would like to make people aware of is that many people with dimentia may be suffering from Lyme Disease. This disease effects the central nervous systems and lives in the brain stem and heart muscle. Have them checked. Google the Hexheimer Reaction. This is a method of giving high doses of antibiotics for a couple of days. People feel better, then they feel like they have a bad, bad, flu. This is the Lymphatic system cleaning out the dead bacteria that the antibiotic killed off. This is the best way to determine if they have Lyme. Blood tests are not accurate. Only if you are in a flare up of symptoms will Lyme show up in a blood test.
This is the information you will be giving if you call Dr. Sam Donta’s Office. 508-539-6666
